The Founders of Protection Monitor Limited have spent their lives in advanced digital technology, and saw the requirement to bring the speed and intelligence of pure computer techniques to update proven concepts that currently use video recording techniques.  They recognized that the digital approach required a different skill set, and set out to provide that option to the market.  All three Directors had previously founded the first Business based Internet Service Provider, now part of the Level 3 network.
